Shipping policy

Every Balance Due order supports our nonprofit mission — helping everyday people navigate contemporary life with faith, resilience, and personal growth. To honor that trust, we handle every order with care.

Made to order. Most Balance Due items are printed and produced individually after you place your order, which is why they take a little longer to reach you than mass-produced goods. Please allow approximately 7–30 days for production and delivery within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Digital products. Guided journals and other digital downloads are delivered electronically — no shipping required, and your download link arrives right after checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout so you always see the full total before you pay.

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
