Refund policy

Because most Balance Due items are made to order — printed and produced individually just for you — we handle returns a little differently than a traditional retailer.

Physical (made-to-order) items. We gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Because made-to-order items are produced individually and can't be restocked, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing — so please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Digital products. All digital sales are final and non-refundable. If something isn't right with your download, reach out and we'll gladly coordinate a revised file where warranted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable EU law.
